NEW BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT
Berning Marketing and Productions is looking for a motivated and innovative New Business Development/ Sales professional to join our ranks.
This person will work directly agency management and will be responsible for:
o developing a diverse roster of prospects
o qualifying leads and RFPs for agency consideration
o creating solutions for client needs which utilize the agency’s resources
o maintaining relationships with potential clients and the media
o supervising the proposal/pitch process with the agency team
We are looking for someone with:
o excellent written and oral communication skills, with a special ability to provide quick, articulate responses on the spot
o listening skills – our sales process is a conversation, not a presentation
o a can-do attitude & a willingness to pitch in where needed
o experience in sales and/or marketing
o ability and desire to think creatively
o strong attention to detail and follow-through
o the positive energy to be a catalyst for growth, both as an individual and for the company
Compensation will be based on experience and performance.

CARD, GIFT AND TSHIRT REP
We are seeking a local sales representative for an exclusive territory in New Orleans.
You need to live in the area and have one year of wholesale card or gift trade experience having made sales presentations to retailers as a current or past rep. If hired you will be calling on specialty retailers (gift shops, cards shops, tourist locations) in your community. This is a reorder business so it is much more about opening the right store and taking reorders biweekly. We pay monthly.
This is a commission based manufactures rep job. We pay 15-25% commission on all orders. We would also be open to a draw against commission of $500 per month for the right candidate after proving your performance.
